My Animal - Mein Tierchen

 

Hello, and a warm welcome to my website.

 

I am Anne, a certified and licensed animal communicator.

What do I do? I help you and your animals to better understand each other - to answer questions and to solve issues before they become problems!

I help you to immerse yourself in the marvelous realm of your animals to enjoy your life together even more!

How does it work? We all are energy - everything around us is   energy - energy is eternal - I “translate” energies between you and your animals.

 

Why did I become an animal communicator?

​

 

When I was five years old I got my first kitten.

 

 

 

However, after a few days my mother returned it to its owners (the family lived in the same building and we shared the same yard). So the kitten then again stayed with it’s mother. Whenever my mother walked by them, the kitten and its mother deliberately turned their heads away from her (inside I was triumphing, I would have done the same).

I realized that cats have emotions similar to people!

Years later my Simba moved in with me - a wonderful, very unique cat! He died after being hit by a car! I was heartbroken! What would I have given to tell him once more: “I love you so much!” Those of you, that had to say “good bye” to a beloved animal friend can understand.

 

Through a radio show I learned about an animal communicator and contacted her. She had never heard of me before, she did not know me - but she could tell me so much about Simba! That conversation helped tremendously!

 

I wanted to learn that, I wanted to learn how I could help others to understand their animals better, to enjoy each other even more! 

 

That is why I became an animal communicator!

I can communicate with cats, dogs, rabbits, horses and birds.

Einwilligung zur Datenverarbeitung

My Animal – mein Tierchen nimmt den Schutz der Daten der Kunden ernst. Grundsätzlich gilt, dass der Schutz Ihrer individuellen Privat- und Persönlichkeitssphäre für mich von höchster Bedeutung ist.

Deshalb ist das Einhalten der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zum Datenschutz für mich selbstverständlich. Darüber hinaus ist es mir wichtig, dass meine Kunden jederzeit wissen, wann ich welche Daten speichere und wie ich sie verwende.

Datenverarbeitung zur Vertragsabwicklung

Die Verarbeitung der von Ihnen angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten (wie Name, Adresse, Telefonnummer) sowie Bilder durch mich ist zur ordnungsgemäßen Abwicklung des zugrunde liegenden Vertragsverhältnisses und soweit ich zu deren Erhebung gesetzlich verpflichtet bin, z. B. zur Einhaltung von Vorhaltefristen gegenüber dem Finanzamt, erforderlich. Sie beruht auf Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe b und c DSGVO.

Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald sie für die vorgenannten Zwecke nicht mehr erforderlich sind. Ich speichere Ihre personenbezogenen Daten jedoch, solange ich gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet bin, beispielsweise aufgrund von Aufbewahrungspflichten oder Verjährungsfristen noch nicht abgelaufener potenzieller Rechtsansprüche.

Eine darüberhinausgehende Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten, die im folgenden Abschnitt beschrieben ist, erfolgt nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung (freiwillig).

Datenschutzrechte des Kunden und Kontaktdaten

Sie können von mir jederzeit Auskunft über Ihre gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten erhalten (Art. 15 DSGVO), deren Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO), Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO) oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO) verlangen sowie Ihr Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO) geltend machen. Zudem können Sie Ihre Einwilligungserklärung jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen mit Wirkung für die Zukunft ändern oder widerrufen (Art. 21 DSGVO). Bitte beachten Sie dabei, dass Datenverarbeitungen, die vor dem Widerruf erfolgt sind, hiervon nicht betroffen sind. Consent to data processing

My Animal-Mein Tierchen takes the protection of customer data seriously. In principle, the protection of your individual private and personal sphere is of the utmost importance to me.

Therefore, compliance with the legal provisions on data protection is a matter of course for me. In addition, it is important to me that my customers always know when I store which data and how I use it.

Data processing for contract processing

The processing of the personal data you provide (such as name, address, telephone number) and images by me is necessary for the proper processing of the underlying contractual relationship and insofar as I am legally obliged to collect them, e.g. B. to comply with retention periods for the tax office. It is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 Letters b and c GDPR.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the aforementioned purposes. However, I store your personal data as long as I am legally obliged to do so, for example due to storage obligations or statutes of limitations for potential legal claims that have not yet expired.

Any further processing of personal data, which is described in the following section, only takes place with your consent (voluntarily).

Customer Privacy Rights and Contact Information

You can receive information from me at any time about your stored personal data (Article 15 GDPR), request its correction (Article 16 GDPR), deletion (Article 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR) as well as your right to Claim data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). In addition, you can change or revoke your declaration of consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future (Article 21 GDPR).
